A local workforce career planner establishes an Individual Training Account on behalf of an eligible participant for an approved training program tied to an in-demand occupation.

How to start.

  1. Contact the LWIA 24 American Job Center serving Randolph County.
  2. Complete an eligibility and career-planning assessment.
  3. Select an approved program from the Eligible Training Provider List.
