Best for: An established Chester-area nonprofit or public entity with at least a year of accessible arts programming.

Who and what may qualify.
Eligible applicants
- Illinois 501(c)(3) nonprofits and government branches with at least 12 months of public arts programming
Applicants excluded by the source
- Applicants not prequalified through Illinois GATA
- Applicants without a valid FEIN and UEI
Eligible uses
- General operating support for ongoing public arts programming
- Optional youth employment in the arts for eligible GOS applicants

- Review the next annual guidelines.
- Submit through the Illinois Arts Council portal by the published deadline.
