What it does.

Targeted Brownfields Assessment can help a community understand contamination and cleanup needs when it lacks assessment funding. EPA selects sites on a rolling basis through regional offices, so Chester should consult EPA Region 5 about a specific site.

Best for: A priority site that needs initial environmental due diligence but is not ready for a grant application.
