Overview

What it does.

Chester or Randolph County can pursue an action plan, demonstration, or eligible implementation project. An implementation request requires an eligible safety action plan.

Best for: Downtown pedestrian safety, dangerous intersections, corridor safety, and a comprehensive local road-safety plan.

  • Metropolitan planning organizations, political subdivisions of a state, federally recognized tribes, and eligible multijurisdictional groups
