What it does.

A Chester-area public sponsor can pursue planning or capital support for a transportation project that demonstrates public benefits and readiness. Private and nonprofit partners may participate, but an eligible public applicant leads.

Best for: A major street, riverfront access, freight, multimodal, or downtown transportation project.
